Chris Hogan: Providing Hope for Your Future

This is a free preview video featuring Chris Hogan of Dave Ramsey’s organization. He is a financial coach and speaker who helps families and professionals with their finances. This video series was created to help those who feel they have no alternative than to turn to bankruptcy. This series coaches them on how to deal with their situations and provide tools to pull themselves out of the financial turmoil they find themselves in. You can find more information at: daveramsey.com/hopenow/

The entire series was shot mostly on the Sony F3 using the Sony prime lenses with the exception of the tug-o-war scene. All of that was shot using the RED Epic but still the same Sony primes. We also use the GoPro Hero2 with a custom underwater housing for some of the underwater scenes. You can view some BTS of this video series here: vimeo.com/35909439

Quitter

This is the new promotional trailer I shot for Jon Acuff’s new book Quitter, due out in May. It was produced by the Dave Ramsey video team. Although challenging but still fun being able to shoot in different environments and piecing it all together to make it work. It was conceived, planned, shot, edited and released within a month!

We filmed with a HotRod modified 7D with PL mount, Zeiss Super Speed lenses (28mm, 35mm and 65mm), Viewfactor Contineo powered cage and SmallHd 5.6″ monitor. Edited with FCP and CC done in Color.

David Bean | Canon 5D Mark II Camera Review

This is a promo/review for the Canon 5D MkII camera I shot with David Bean. This was a piece we put together for B&H Photo to use on their website. Although I don’t think it was used, it was fun doing it and from what I understand, more maybe in the works.

For this shoot David had a project to shoot for Nashville Lifestyles magazine so we used this opportunity to show what the 5D could do with no produced lighting, only natural light.

Thanks to Joey Ciccoline for doing the edit and Ben Hancock for additional footage.
